The ground floor features an open plan living room with a kitchen, sitting area, and dining area. Outside, there is a patio area with furniture for sole use, as well as communal gardens. On-site facilities include a plunge pool (available from Easter 2021), a tennis court, and a children's play area. The property is conveniently located one mile from Swanpool Beach and a short drive from Falmouth's resort attractions, making it an ideal choice for a family holiday.
