The property features a large open plan living area with high-beamed ceilings, wooden floors, and underfloor heating throughout. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with a log-burning stove lead out to a paved patio with wooden garden furniture, overlooking the private garden and 10 acres of surrounding land.

The bedrooms at Long House include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with the option to convert into a super king bed, and a single bedroom. There is also an open platform above the living space with 2 low-lying beds for older children or able adults. The ground floor features a family bathroom with an over bath shower, as well as a kitchen, living room, and dining space that open out to the terrace and gardens with a BBQ.

Situated outside of Fowey, the Long House offers a rural setting with woods perfect for children to explore and play. Guests can enjoy watching wild deer and badgers at play in the evening, while Kestrels hover above. Dog owners will appreciate the paradise for their pets, with ample space for exercise within the grounds. The property also provides access to shared woods and fields with two other holiday cottages on the 12-acre estate.

Guests can park outside the property and are welcome to bring pets for an additional fee. The Long House is self-catering, and guests are encouraged to use the grounds at their own risk. Nearby attractions include the Fowey Estuary, Readymoney Cove, the Eden Project, and Fowey Aquarium, making it an ideal location for a relaxing and adventurous holiday in the South West of England.
