The second floor houses a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

For families, a travel cot and highchair are available, along with a stair-gate from the first floor to the ground floor.
