The kitchen is modern and spacious, equipped with an electric Aga and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and microwave.
Outside, the property boasts a stunning private garden with sea views and a children's slide. It is just a 5-minute walk to Glen and Crescent Gardens, a 5-minute walk into town, and only 30 steps from the beach. Please note that this property is not suitable for those with mobility problems or the elderly. Pets are allowed, and the property includes extras such as an iron, hairdryer, high chair, and travel cot.
Filey is a beautiful location near the beach, with attractions such as the Yorkshire Wolds Gallery and Rotunda Museum nearby. The property has one flight of stairs and access is via a set of 30 steps on a steep footpath. Free parking is available on the seafront on a first-come, first-served basis, and the garden is fully enclosed for added privacy and security.
