The surrounding North coastal area offers excellent surfing opportunities and attractions for all ages, such as the ruins of mine buildings around St Agnes and Cligga Point, Newquay, Godrevy, the Cornish Cider Farm, Newquay Zoo, and Aquarium, all within a 15-mile radius. For a day trip, the cathedral city of Truro is nearby, offering a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore.

Upon entering the barn, guests will be impressed by the high standard of finish and sympathetic interior design. The reversed level layout includes an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner on the upper floor, complete with a separate WC and a unique VW camper van bar area. The lounge area features a sofa, chairs, and a Smart TV, while the wood burner creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, coffee machine, and microwave. Downstairs, there are three stylish bedrooms - two king size rooms with Smart TVs and wardrobes, and a twin room. The master bedroom boasts a contemporary en suite wet room, while a family bathroom with a shower over the bath is also available for guests.

Outside, guests can relax in the garden under the stars and enjoy outdoor dining with the charcoal BBQ provided.
