The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a solid fuel stove, as well as a games room with a snooker table and table tennis table. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for one car and a courtyard garden with shared access to an outdoor swimming pool.
The property boasts amenities such as central heating, a well-equipped kitchen, a TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests can make use of the shared lawned area by the swimming pool, as well as the Pool House with refreshments and heated outdoor swimming pool available on weekdays between June and September. The cottage is located 3.5 miles outside of St. Ives, with easy access to the local village of St. Erth for frequent trains.
