The breakfast kitchen has its own table as well as a double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For added convenience, a cloakroom on this floor contains a WC and basin.

Head up to the first floor and you'll find the properties three bedrooms, two of them with king-size beds and the third containing a single bed as well as a pull-out trundle bed for one. This floor also contains the family bathroom, which has a bath and separate shower.

There's room to relax outside, too, in the big garden which comes complete with outdoor furniture and everything you need for a barbecue.
