The ground floor features a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor boasts an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, as well as a sitting room. Outside, there is a patio with furniture, an elevated decked area, and off-road parking for three cars.

The cottage is equipped with gas central heating, an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Guests can enjoy the enclosed courtyard and first-floor decking with furniture. The property also has a garage available for storing holiday equipment such as PaddleBoards, Kayaks, and Bicycles. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the property is non-smoking. Children aged 10 and above are accepted.
