The property is also conveniently located near beaches, making it a great choice for a seaside getaway.

The cottage features two double beds and a set of bunk beds, with bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Outside, there is a small enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a front garden with flowering shrubs. Parking is available for one or possibly two small cars in the gated back garden.

Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of £25 per pet per week. Gas and electricity are included in the rent, and there is gas central heating and hot water. Smoking is not allowed, and mobile phone coverage may vary. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property.

In addition to its convenient location in St Merryn village, the cottage is just 1.5 miles from the nearest beach and 0.1 miles from amenities.
