Formerly an art gallery, Tremayne is a beautifully renovated property located in the town center of St Ives, Cornwall, less than 100 meters from the quayside. This ground floor accommodation sleeps 5 people and features 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. The property is decorated to a high standard with bespoke art pieces, beamed ceilings, oak flooring, and exposed brickwork. There is also an enclosed courtyard area with plants and seating, accessed from the kitchen/diner.

The property includes 2 double beds and 1 single bed, with bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and washing machine. For families, a travel cot and highchair are available, but no cot linen is provided. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per week. Free WiFi and gas-fired central heating are provided, and smoking is not allowed on the premises.
