It is right in the heart of St Mawes and perfectly positioned for exploring the village and the area. The ferries to Falmouth, Place Manor, Trelissick Gardens & Truro depart from the quay which is just a few steps from your front door. St Mawes is perfect for just leaving the car and exploring by foot. This reverse level converted timber clad building has been cleverly designed and is presented in excellent order. The main living space is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable sofas and a dining area. It is an ideal cottage for a larger family with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. It would also be great for a couple looking for a bit more space in the middle of St Mawes. There is a little patio garden just in front of the property which gets sun for most of the day.
