Located in the small hamlet of Tregoodwell in Camelford, Cornwall, The Barn is a comfortable, wheelchair accessible cottage that sleeps up to five people in three bedrooms. The ground floor has been designed with guests with limited mobility in mind, offering level access throughout and a ground floor single room with an en-suite wet room. The cottage is close to the North Cornwall coast, with beautiful views of Rough Tor, the highest point in Cornwall, on a clear day. The market town of Camelford is just a ten-minute walk away, offering a selection of shops, galleries, pubs, and restaurants.

The Barn features three bedrooms, each with its own bath/shower room, and a choice of lounge and sitting room. The amenities include central heating, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, TV/DVD, and WIFI. Bed linen is included free of charge, but towels are not provided. Outside, there is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs, as well as off-road parking for one car. The cottage is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor only, and pets and smoking are not allowed.

Camelford is situated near Cornwall's north coast, making it an ideal base for exploring Bodmin Moor, cliffs, coves, fishing villages, and beaches in the area. The SW Coast Path is nearby, and there are country inns and restaurants in the surrounding villages and hamlets. Trebarwith Strand, the nearest beach, is just five miles away, while Wadebridge, Padstow, Rock, Polzeath, Port Isaac, and Tintagel can all be reached in less than 20 minutes. With its beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves, and world-class surfing, Cornwall has long been a premier holiday destination.
