The kitchen diner is well-equipped with integrated appliances and leads out to a deck with outdoor seating and dining, overlooking an enclosed garden with ample space for kids to play.

The first floor includes a large master bedroom with a super-king bed and antique furniture, a second bedroom with a bay window (upgraded to a double bed soon), and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. The loft has been converted into a third bedroom with a single bed, pull-out double sofa bed, and tropical fish tank. The house is located on a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk from Bude town center and its beaches, offering a range of outdoor activities such as golf, cycling, and surfing. The town also has independent shops, galleries, restaurants, and local markets on Fridays and Saturdays.
