Ruby Cottage

Hidden away behind the Farmhouse sits Ruby Cottage, a traditional granite built cottage that is over 250 years old. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, a single bedroom and a twin with a cot. All share a family bathroom. 

Downstairs there is a large sitting room with dual aspect windows, two sofas and a dining area with table and chairs. TV DVD player, Digital box and radio/CD player.

The kitchen is large and airy, equipped with everything you should need. Gas cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Dryer. The cottage has a gas fired combination boiler so if there is a chill in the air you won’t be cold. There is a high chair if needed, stair gates too.

Outside there is a large patio with table and chairs and a BBQ. Up some lovely granite steps sits a very pretty ‘hidden’ garden, which gets the sun in the afternoon and early evening. In front of the Farmhouse is the play area for the children to wear themselves out on. We have fields for you to run your dog around.

There is a village Pub only 5 minutes walk from the cottage, which serves lovely home cooked food, real ale and good wines, child and dog friendly.

There is parking for 2 cars near to the cottage and outside lighting to see your way in if it’s dark by the time you get back.
