The set price includes 2 adults and up to 3 children under 12, with an additional charge for adults over 12 years old. Situated in the beautiful Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Lodge is surrounded by farmland and offers easy access to both Devon and Cornwall, with the North and South Coasts just 30 minutes away and Bodmin Moor on the doorstep. The open-plan room features a king-size bed, a double bed with a single bunk over it, a small kitchenette area, a dining table, and a wet room. Family-friendly amenities include a baby bath, high chair, change mat, and travel cot.

Guests can enjoy the private patio and BBQ area, as well as the option to use the hosts' private Tiny Wood and Firepit. Breakfast and evening meals are available for an additional charge, with options such as an Italian-style handmade pizza menu. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice, and children's menus are also available. Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am, with the possibility of arranging early check-in or late check-out for an extra fee, subject to availability.
