Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a lovely lawned garden with garden furniture. However, it is important to note that the garden is not enclosed, and there is a lily pond, so children and pets should be supervised.

The amenities at Pandia include electric storage heaters, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of books and family games. The rental price includes fuel, power, and a starter pack for the fire, with additional wood and coal available at cost. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Pets are welcome at the property, and there is a pub 3.5 miles away, with shops located 7 miles from the cottage. Electric car and bike charging is currently not available at Pandia.
