The original Mill House for an unrestored mill, this property is nestled into sloping ground and accessed by an uneven granite and cobbled path. A little bridge crosses over Penpoll Creek, allowing for launching canoes and small dinghies at high tide. Nearby Bodinnick offers a quaint pub and a car ferry to Fowey, with circular country walks and upriver walks to Lerryn and St Winnow available from the doorstep.

Surrounded by a grassy garden, the house is situated along the river, making it unsuitable for unsupervised toddlers but ideal for older children. The property features off-road parking for 2 vehicles, with additional parking on a private grass verge nearby. Linen and towels are not provided, and only one small dog is allowed.
