Mary Ann Sailors is a recently refurbished three-bedroom cottage in the heart of St Ives, Cornwall, located in the South West of England. The property sleeps five people and features two double beds and one single bed. It is ideally situated close to the harbour, making it a perfect location for a family getaway, with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and boutique shops of St Ives. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, and bed linen and towels are provided (beach towels should be brought by guests).

The nearest beach is just a one-minute walk away, with amenities also conveniently located 0.1 miles from the property. While there is no outside space, guests have easy access to the beach. Parking is available at The Island pay & display public car park. Pets are allowed at an additional charge of £25 per pet per week, with a maximum of two pets allowed. The property includes gas and electricity in the rental price, and smoking is not permitted.

It is important to note that the property is not suitable for infants under two years old, as there is no room for a cot in the bedrooms. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver, and full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. The vacation home is located near cultural attractions such as BoatHouse Theatre and The Penwith Gallery, as well as family-friendly destinations like St Ives Museum and Paradise Park and JungleBarn.
