The well-equipped kitchen and dining area can seat five guests and includes modern amenities such as an electric hob and oven. The cottage offers two bedrooms, with a luxurious king-size bed in the master bedroom and a versatile zip and link bed in the second bedroom. An additional single bed is available for extra guests. The shared family shower room features a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private southwest-facing courtyard with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The surrounding area offers plenty of activities, including exploring Bodmin Moor with its ancient standing stones, streams, and woodland. The surfing beaches of the north coast are just a 20-minute drive away, providing opportunities for seaside adventures.

At Ta Mill, guests can access various amenities such as a 9-hole pitch'n'putt course, a games room with table tennis and pool table, and an outdoor play area for children. Fitness enthusiasts can make use of the fully equipped gym. For added luxury, guests have the option to hire a hot tub, swim spa, or wood-fired sauna privately. Travel cot and highchair are available upon request, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Guests should be mindful of an uncovered pond nearby and supervise children accordingly. Laundry facilities are located in the courtyard, and the property is situated on communal grounds.
