It is a detached stone barn with inverted accommodation, accessible via a narrow unmade track just outside the village. Parking is available for 2 cars on the premises.

The ground floor of the property features a bathroom with a wash basin, bath with hand shower, and separate shower cubicle. There is a king-size double bedroom with French windows, a second bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs, guests will find a living room with a beamed ceiling open to the apex of the roof, a neatly fitted kitchen with a dining area, and comfortable lounge seating. There is also a cloakroom with an adjacent W.C. and small hand basin.

The vacation home boasts a sheltered and gated grassy garden with a swing and picnic table. The local area offers easy access to the beach at Porthtowan, St Agnes, Chapel Porth, and the village of Mount Hawke with its small shops, pub, and post office. Guests can also easily access the A30 for visits to Penzance, St Ives, and the Eden Project. Please note that bath towels are not provided, but tea towels and hand towels are available. Pets are not allowed on the property.
