The addition of a pull-out single sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space if needed.

The cottage boasts a private garden with a picnic bench, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, evening drinks, or outdoor dining. The ground floor is generously proportioned and open plan, featuring a tastefully furnished sitting room with a traditional log burner, a Smart TV, and a roomy L-shaped sofa. The dining area includes a handmade hardwood table and chairs, ideal for sharing meals, while the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with a range of cookware and appliances.

Pets are welcome at Aval Dor Barn, with a charge of £35 per pet per stay/week applicable. Additionally, a £50 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages during your stay, which is pre-authorized against your credit card and released afterwards if no damage occurs. The cottage is conveniently located near St. Michaels Mount and the market town of Penzance, providing easy access to explore the coastline and attractions of west Cornwall.
