The first bedroom has a super-king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom features twin single beds. A family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower completes the lower ground floor.

Outside, a balcony with garden furniture offers an ideal spot for al-fresco dining, while additional outdoor furniture off the sitting area provides a relaxing space to enjoy the surrounding tranquillity. The property is nestled within thirteen acres of gardens and woodlands, offering a secluded retreat with facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a spa pool, fitness facilities, tennis and squash courts, a games room, and a kid's outdoor play area.

Guests can also enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant, which serves delicious dishes made from fresh Cornish ingredients. Travel cots, highchairs, and stair gates are available on request, and a welcome pack with essentials is provided upon arrival. Note that pets are not allowed, and some facilities at The Valley are closed for two weeks in November and the month of January. The property is situated on communal grounds, and while the photographs may show a generic property type, all Villa Gallery properties have identical interiors.
