The property sleeps four people in two bedrooms, with a double and a twin room, as well as a shower room and family bathroom. The first floor features a kitchen/diner and a cozy sitting room with a wood burning stove. Outside, there is a large lawned garden with outdoor furniture and designated parking for up to three cars. The property is just a short drive from Port Isaac and the stunning north Cornish coast, making it an ideal holiday home year-round.

Amenities at Trevenning Barn include electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a smart TV. Fuel and power are included in the rent, with a starter pack provided for the wood burner. Bed linen and towels are also included, and a cot and high chair are available for younger guests. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee, and there is no smoking allowed on the property.
