The cottage can accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms, including a double room and a single room with a sofa bed. The property is set over three levels and features a cozy dining room with a multi-fuel stove, a galley kitchen, and a charming living room with an open fire. The double bedroom boasts beautiful views of the village and coast, while the family bathroom has rustic wooden beams.

Trebyan cottage is equipped with modern amenities such as central heating, a wood-burning stove, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV with DVD player, WiFi, and a phone for incoming calls only. Bed linen and towels are included, and a cot and highchair are available upon request. Parking is available in a nearby public car park for an additional fee. The cottage also welcomes two well-behaved dogs for an extra charge per pet per week. Smoking is not permitted on the property.
