The Shires boasts a blend of rustic charm and contemporary style, with an 'upside-down' layout designed to make the most of its charming design. On the ground floor are the property's two bedrooms. There's a double  bedroom with a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and its own en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with two single beds which can be made up as a king-size if required, as well as a Smart TV. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Taking full advantage of the property's origins, upstairs you'll find the open-plan living, kitchen and dining room, which is enhanced by its high, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. There's a welcoming sitting area with comfortable furniture, a Smart TV, and a stylish wood-burning stove, and the modern kitchen features a range of modern appliances for your self-catering break, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

Guests have access to their own patio area, as well as the communal lawned gardens, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue available for use. There's also a secure storage area where you can leave bicycles, etc, as well as beach equipment and wetsuits that you are invited to borrow.
