The cottage is located on a pedestrianized lane, a short walk from the center of Polperro, making it an ideal base for exploring the South West Coastal path and the rest of Cornwall. Parking is available in the main car park, approximately two-thirds of a mile from the property, as there is no car access to the cottage.

Included in the rental are bed linen, towels, WiFi, electricity, and heating. Guests can purchase logs and kindling for the woodburner in the village. One well-behaved pet is welcome by arrangement with THC, and mobile reception is poor in the area. Local facilities such as beaches, shops, pubs, and restaurants are easily accessible in Polperro and the surrounding area. The Cobbles offers a peaceful and scenic retreat for those looking to experience the beauty of Cornwall's South West coast.
