The exterior offers off-road parking and a first-floor terrace with furniture. The property also has a shared hot tub, garden, bar, and barbecue.

The owners' kennels boarding business is located on the same grounds as The Cart House. Pets are not allowed in the property, but can be boarded in the kennels by prior arrangement with the owner. The hot tub will be shared from June 2020. Amenities include gas central heating, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TVs, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with off-road parking for two cars and an external laundry room with a washing machine.
