Guests can enjoy exploring the owner's non-working farmland, which includes a lake, but dogs must be kept on a lead. There are two local pubs within a mile of the property, as well as small shops in nearby villages. The gardens of Trelissick, Glendurgan, and Trebah are a short drive away, along with attractions like the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro. The property also offers undercover storage for bicycles and beach gear in one of the farm outbuildings, as well as garden furniture for outdoor relaxation.

This pet-friendly property allows a maximum of two dogs and can accommodate up to four people plus one infant. A stairgate is available for added safety, and a loyalty discount may be applicable for returning guests. However, cots and highchairs are not provided.
