The property features a reverse-level layout, with a ground-floor double bedroom, ground-floor twin bedroom, and ground-floor shower room. The first floor boasts an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and Juliet balcony. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture, a rear lawn with furniture, and designated parking for two cars. The cottage is equipped with oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, and includes fuel and power in the rent. Bed linen, highchair, and travel cot are provided, and two well-behaved pets are welcome.
The property is situated on a working farm, 0.5 miles away from the nearest shop, and 0.8 miles away from the pub and beach. Guests can access a laundry room on-site with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear lawn is not enclosed, and one of the beds in the twin room is a loft bed. Swallow Cottage does not provide towels or WiFi. Port Isaac is a picturesque fishing village in Cornwall, offering visitors access to beautiful coastlines, hidden coves, and world-class surfing.
