The communal grounds include lawns and indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, as well as onsite facilities such as a bar, restaurant, and shop. Off-street parking is available for one car.

Amenities at the villa include electric heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV, and DVD player. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available, and two well-behaved pets are welcome.
