Spinnakers is tucked quietly away behind the seafront, but within a minute's walk of the harbour. St Mawes is a magical place to visit and a renowned sailing centre whose sheltered location gives it a climate to enjoy all year round. In winter it is a great place to enjoy local food at the many award winning pubs & hotels around the Roseland Peninsula, and enjoy panoramic views of the Carrick Roads from the stunning walks that can be taken from the village. The apartment itself is accessed through a shared entrance hall. This wonderfully light, spacious apartment is comfortably furnished and benefits from a south-west facing terrace to the front. It is a fabulous spot and a great value place to stay right in the heart of St Mawes. It is approached via an external staircase which leads to the terrace and front door. Immediately behind the apartment, up a few more steps is a small decked area with seating and good water glimpses over the rooftops.
