Spindrift is a well presented 2 bedroom single storey Scandanavian style property. It has the benefit of a quiet rural position with distant sea views over Gerrans Bay. The stunning coastal footpath is only a short distance away and the whole of the Roseland is a great place to enjoy some fabulous walks. It is a convenient location for beaches with Towan & Porthcurnick just a short distance away. For sailing, windsurfing & kayaking, there are plenty of facilities at nearby Percuil. Accommodation Ground Floor Only: Open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge area leading onto a sun terrace. Master double bedroom with 4'6" bed and en-suite shower room & WC. Twin bedroom with 3' beds and en-suite shower room & WC. Exterior: Patio deck with external furniture & BBQ facilities. Facilities & Services Heating is via central heating throughout. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. The lounge area has a curved screen Smart TV & DVD player, radio & CD. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There are parking facilities for up to 2 vehicles. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. Regrettably no pets are allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.
