Located in the South West of England near Newquay, Cornwall, this 2-bedroom modern holiday villa is situated at Atlantic Reach, a family-oriented holiday complex. The property is conveniently located to explore all that Cornwall has to offer, including nearby surfing beaches, quaint seaside towns, and attractions such as The Eden Project. While the villa does not offer wifi and does not include the use of site facilities in the cost of the holiday, guests can enjoy the on-site cafe/bar, outdoor play area, and shop for essential items during the main holiday season.

Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by a lounge with sliding patio doors, two sofas, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and fridge freezer, as well as cooking and eating utensils. Upstairs, guests will find two bedrooms with a modern bathroom between them. The front bedroom features a double divan bed, dressing and bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe, while the rear bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, and a white wardrobe. Bedding, sheets, and pillowcases are provided.

Outside, there is a paved patio with a picnic bench, as well as a parking area nearby. Guests will need to complete a simple form to secure free parking on the site before arrival. The property is not available for under-30's non-family groups. Nearby attractions include Huer's Hut, Roche Rock, Treloy Golf Club, and Great Western Beach, with water adventures and outdoor activities available in the surrounding area. The house manual with directions and information about the property and local places to visit will be emailed to guests before their arrival.
