Seaside House features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs, and a cloakroom downstairs, providing sleeping flexibility for guests. The property has a changeover day on Saturdays, with check-in after 3pm and check-out by 10am. Extra cleaning and sanitizing measures have been implemented due to Covid-19, with guests required to strip bedding at the end of their stay and place it in provided wash bags. The property supplies bedding and towels, but guests can bring their own if preferred. A refurbishment is planned for winter 2021, with the possibility of the second bedroom having 2 single beds starting in 2022.
