The kitchen is equipped with freestanding appliances, while the dining area includes a farmhouse style table and Welsh dresser stocked with crockery. The living space offers a corner sofa, leather bucket chairs, and a TV with DVD player for entertainment.

The cottage includes a bathroom with a bath, shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail on the ground floor. Upstairs, guests will find a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin room with two single beds. There is also a cloakroom with a WC and wash basin. Outside, the south/east facing garden features a table tennis table, dining tables, and chairs, as well as beach gear provided by the owners. The garden is fully fenced and safe for children and dogs, with a gate leading to the front of the cottage.

Guests can enjoy a pleasant walk to Southwold along a nearby lane, leading directly to the pier end of the beach. One or two small/medium dogs are allowed at the cottage, with additional pets requiring approval from the owners. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or upstairs, and any mess in the garden must be cleaned up.
