Raleigh Barn is a Grade II Listed converted milking parlour located in Holsworthy, Cornwall, in the South West of England. The barn, made of stone and cob, is situated in the grounds of a Listed farmhouse dating back to the 16th Century. The barn was newly converted in July 2014, retaining its original thick walls, exposed beams, and bags of character.

With two bedrooms, both with en-suites, one with a double-ended bath/shower and the other with a shower only, the barn can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedrooms feature king-size beds and one room can be configured as a twin room if preferred. The open plan living room includes a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The living area is bright and airy, furnished with comfortable fabric sofas and oak flooring throughout.

Guests can enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the barn with underfloor heating from a biomass boiler and a log burning stove in the living area. French Windows open out onto the patio and garden with a seating area and BBQ. A secluded 2-acre meadow is available for guests about 200 meters away along a private track, offering distant views of Dartmoor and the rolling Devon countryside. Private parking is available behind the barn, and the village, with a friendly pub and shops, is less than a 10-minute drive away.

In addition to the peaceful rural setting, guests can explore nearby attractions such as Hartland Abbey, The Castle Bude, Clovelly Harbour, and Holsworthy Golf Club. For families, The Gnome Reserve and Wildflower Garden is a popular spot, while outdoor activities like surfing, fishing, cycling, and horse riding are easily accessible in the area.
