The sleepy hamlet of Coombe lies tucked away on the idyllic upper reaches of the Fal estuary, just a short distance to the south of the city of Truro with its wonderful cathedral dominating the town. A hidden gem and forming part of the beautiful Tregothnan Estate, this is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy some beautiful creek views. Accommodation Ground Floor: Kitchen with separate dining room (with TV) and living room with wood burning stove and TV & DVD player. First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with 6' zip & link beds and one with 5' zip & link beds. Both bedrooms have an en suite bath / shower room with roll top bath with handheld shower and separate shower & WC. There is a TV in both bedrooms. Exterior: Enclosed patio area overlooking the river with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Garden with mature apple trees and surrounded by our Kea plum trees. Portable BBQ provided in the spring and summer months. Facilities & Services Heating is via electric central heating throughout and the cosy wood burning stove. The kitchen is newly fitted and has a range of modern equipment including an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and espresso machine. The living room area has a music system with CD, Radio and iPod docking station. WiFi is available at the property & there is a telephone for local and incoming calls. The snug room is equipped with a flat screen digital TV & DVD player. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board available. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, a basket of wood for the log burner, bed linen & towels are all included, but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Parking facilities for your vehicles are available. Up to 2 dogs are allowed at an additional cost of £50 per dog / per week although please remember that you cannot leave dogs unatten
