Owls Roost is a charming terraced cottage located in Pendra Loweth, just 3 miles from Falmouth, Cornwall. The property can accommodate up to four people in its two bedrooms, which include one double and one twin room. The cottage features a family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, and an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting area, and dining area. Outside, guests can enjoy a paved and communal lawn area, as well as allocated parking for one car and access to visitor parking.

Guests staying at Owls Roost can take advantage of the great facilities at the Village, including a splash pool, tennis court, and gym (available from Easter 2021). The property is pet-friendly, allowing one well-behaved pet for an additional charge. However, sign-written vans or commercial vehicles are not permitted at Pendra Loweth, and bookings for work or business trips are not allowed on the site. Amenities at the cottage include electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV, DVD player, and fuel and power included in the rent.
