The kitchen at No.129 is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, kettle, toaster, and dining table. The open plan lounge on the ground floor includes a TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player, with a large selection of DVDs available. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a television, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bedding and house towels are provided, as well as a high chair, baby bath, iron, and ironing board. Complimentary tea and coffee are also included.

Guests staying at No.129 will have access to the on-site café and the Manor House public house for meals and drinks. Wi-Fi is available in the house, although the connection may be temperamental. Unfortunately, access to the indoor pool and gymnasium on the Atlantic Reach site is not included due to a change in policies. The house is only available for adult couples and family bookings, with arrival and departure limited to Saturdays during school summer holidays. Additionally, smoking is not allowed in the house.
