The property features a double bedroom and a flexible second bedroom that can be set up as either a twin or double, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with a dining area. Outside, there is a sheltered patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as access to a shared picnic area and parking for multiple cars. The property is just 6 miles away from the golden sandy beach at Portreath, making it a welcoming home-from-home all year round.

Amenities at Mynheer Farm Barn include oil-fired central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iPod dock, safety deposit box, and WiFi.
