The peaceful location provides stunning views of the countryside, which can be enjoyed from the property's balcony.
Upon arrival, guests will find ample parking space for 3 vehicles in the private driveway. The modern and spacious property features a large balcony with views across Caradon Hill and Minions, where guests may spot local wildlife such as buzzards, foxes, rabbits, and deer. Inside, the bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with the first bedroom offering a double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a zip and link bed that can be configured as a king or twin, based on guest preference.
Trevean boasts a large family bathroom with a spa bath and walk-in shower, as well as a well-equipped kitchen-diner with a sliding door leading to the balcony. The living room is a cozy space with a traditional wood burning stove, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local sights and attractions. Outside, guests can enjoy over half an acre of paddock with a rustic seating area, ideal for enjoying a summer evening by the fire.
In addition to the property's amenities, there are multiple walking, cycling, and running routes nearby, detailed in the Guest Welcome Folder. Rilla Mill is on the bus route from Liskeard to Launceston, with the nearest train station in Liskeard, approximately 15 minutes away. While children and dogs are welcome at Trevean, guests should note that the balcony is not fully enclosed, and there is a surcharge for bringing dogs. No smoking or parties/events are allowed, with check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am. The vacation home is conveniently located near local landmarks and activities, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.
