The cottage is just 100 metres from Mousehole Harbour and features a beautiful garden with outside furniture and a barbecue. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is perfect for socializing, with a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, comfortable settees, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. The garden offers a seating area, barbecue, and sea glimpses, making it a peaceful retreat.

The cottage features one double bed and one twin bed, with bed linen and towels provided. The property is spread over two floors and includes amenities such as an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. A travel cot is available for families, but pets are not allowed on the premises. Parking for one car is provided, and the nearest beach and amenities are just 0.1 miles away. Free WiFi is available, and smoking is prohibited on the property.

Mizpah is adjacent to Carvosso and can be rented together for accommodation for up to eight people. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment. The location of the vacation home in Penzance offers easy access to cultural highlights such as Newlyn Art Gallery and Penlee House Gallery and Museum, as well as outdoor activities like surfing at Sennen Surfing Centre and exploring Paradise Park and JungleBarn.
