The kitchen/diner is spacious and well-equipped, with French doors leading to an enclosed rear garden with garden furniture. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with twin beds that can be converted into a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower room.

Outside, there is ample parking in front of the property, an enclosed rear garden with a paved terrace, and a side garden with lawn and shrubbery. The owners live in the other wing of the bungalow and are respectful of guest privacy. Included in the rental are bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating, and WiFi. Up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs are welcome, and there is a pub nearby, with the town of Callington just over a mile away and Plymouth 10 miles away.
