Completed in late 2020, The Beeches is a self-contained property that has been finished to a high standard. The open-plan downstairs area features oak flooring with underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area. The property is furnished with high-quality pieces from Ercol and includes amenities such as a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth music system. Upstairs, guests will find two bedrooms with luxury en-suite bathrooms, one of which includes a standalone bath for added relaxation.

Outside, guests can enjoy dining on the deck with views over Carclew Estate, as well as unwind in the four-person hot tub. A gas BBQ is also available for al-fresco dining during the warmer months. The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife, with horses often seen in the nearby field and various animals like pheasants, foxes, badgers, rabbits, and birds in the area. Please note that there is a Saturday changeover and a minimum week reservation requirement from April to September 2023. Additionally, while the field where the horses roam is owned by the property owners, the horses themselves are not owned by them and may not always be present during your stay. The location of The Beeches in Falmouth provides easy access to local attractions such as Trelissick Gardens, Pendennis Castle, Enys Gardens, and Raze the Roof Indoor Play & Laser Tag, making it a great choice for a family holiday.
