Little Gull is a characterful barn conversion situated in the pretty Roserrow area, near Polzeath. This charming fairy-tale cottage is beautifully appointed with a large open plan kitchen/living area boasting a modern log burning stove and large wooden ceiling beams.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a country style kitchen, solid dining table and cream cupboards. The kitchen has everything you need including an oven, kettle, microwave and kitchen utensils.
The decor has a seaside look and feel with creams, whites and blues used throughout. The real thing is not far away with Hayle beach just a 15 minute walk away. Near Hayle beach there are plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants to explore.
There are 2 bedrooms in total 1 king-size double bedroom and 1 king-size bed 'zip and link' bed which can be arranged as a twin or a double. Both bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms. Outside you'll find a pretty garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
