Our delightful cottage is surprisingly spacious and includes: a wooden beamed sitting room with a log burner for those cooler evenings, contemporary kitchen with dinning area, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with flexible bed make up, private outside space and parking, making it ideal for a family of 4 (+baby), a couple or 2 couples sharing.

Kosy Kot is  high quality   self catering accommodation, with linen, towels, central heating and Wi-Fi all provided. Equipped to a very high standard  for an easy and relaxing stay including that holiday essential - a dish washer! 

Set in the seaside town of Hayle with its world heritage site status, just 1 mile from 3-miles of golden sand and Cornwall's largest dunes, Kosy Kot is the ideal base for your Cornish holidays. Sublime St Ives and Penzance along with the famous St Michael's Mount are just 8-miles away, Helston, which is the gateway to the Lizard peninsular with its world famous flora and fawner  just 15 minutes in the car. Beautiful scenery, quaint towns and harbours, family attractions, artist centres, walks, heritage, surfing, ornithology, or a different beach every day of the week!
