The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, including a four-poster double and a twin room. The open-plan living area features a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric coal-effect fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden.
The amenities at Kestrel Corner include electric central heating, an electric fire, air conditioning, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. The water supply is from a borehole on-site, double filtered, and serviced annually. Shared laundry access is unavailable until May 17th due to legislation on shared indoor communal areas.
