On the first floor, there are two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a king-sized bed overlooking the gardens, and a second bedroom with zip'n'link beds that can be arranged as twins or a super king.

The cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with a king-sized bed and twin beds that can be converted into a super king upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided for free, and the property is set over 2 floors. The kitchen includes a Rangemaster range, microwave, under-counter fridge and freezer, and a washing machine. Families are catered for with a high chair and travel cot provided, but no cot linen. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, patio furniture, an angled parasol, and a BBQ. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement, with a charge of £25 per week per pet.
