High Tide is a detached lodge located in the village of Polzeath, just seven miles from Wadebridge in Cornwall. The lodge can accommodate four people in two bedrooms, including a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom. The open plan living area features a kitchen, dining area, and sitting areas with an electric fire, as well as a utility room. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and a decked area with furniture.

Guests staying at High Tide can enjoy amenities such as gas central heating, an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. WiFi is available via 4G, although the signal can be unreliable. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and there is ample off road parking in a car park located 50 yards from the lodge.
