The open-plan living area on the ground floor provides a spacious and comfortable setting for guests, with a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities, a dining area seating four, and a sitting area with patio doors letting in fresh Cornish air.

Ascending to the first floor, guests will find two bedrooms, one with twin single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and the master bedroom with a super-king size bed, vaulted ceiling, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Outside, a patio area with garden furniture seating four guests provides a perfect spot for al-fresco dining or relaxing in the sunshine. The cottage is part of a larger collection of self-catering holiday cottages set within thirteen acres of gardens and woodlands, offering a range of facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a spa pool, fitness facilities, tennis and squash courts, a games room, and a kid's play area. An on-site restaurant serves delicious dishes made from fresh Cornish ingredients.

Additional amenities include the option to bring two well-behaved dogs for a small additional charge, as well as the availability of travel cots, highchairs, and stair gates upon request. A welcome pack including essentials like coffee, tea, milk, and toiletries is provided upon arrival, along with a dog welcome pack for furry companions. Please note that the property is on communal grounds and that some facilities at The Valley are closed for two weeks in November and the month of January.
